I also grabbed this Luna Pretzel bar while doing a quick Target stop.
Then, I interrupted Vegas’ sleep as I packed my stuff on our bed.
Two weeks ago I ran 10 miles before my flight to Texas and my calves were very sore all weekend. I think part of that is because I was cramped up sitting down on an airplane after a long-ish run.
Today I’m wearing my compression socks. I hope this will help avoid any calf baby cow soreness. I’ll let ya know!
Okay, I’m all comfy and ready to curl up on the plane with a trash mag and a sandwich!
